Love Beet Smoothie Bowl

Preparation: 10 minutes // Serves: 1

What You'll Need

  • 1 cup fresh ripe strawberries, chopped
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 large ripe banana, peeled and frozen
  • 1 large Love Beets cooked beet
  • 5 ice cubes
  • ½ cup light coconut milk or almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup or honey

What to Do

  1. Add all ingredients for the smoothie to a high-powered blender. Blend until thick and smooth. Pour smoothie into two bowls. Top with choice of fresh berries, granola, flaked coconut, and/or plain yogurt.
