What You'll Need
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup frozen blackberries
- 1 banana
- 1 beetroot
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 2 cups plant-based milk (Cashew, oat, almond etc.)
What to Do
- To prepare your smoothie bowl add all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until completely smooth. Transfer into a bowl and garnish with fresh berries and almond butter.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
