Beetroot Walnut Dip

PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES // SERVINGS: 4-6 PEOPLE

What You'll Need

  • 2 x 250g packs Love Beets
  • ¾ cup walnuts, toasted
  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt
  • ¼ cup mint leaves
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp coriander seed
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • 1 tsp salt

What to Do

  1. Place all spices in a small fry pan and fry on a low heat until fragrant, this should only take 1-2 minutes.
  2. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend on high for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
    Serve with crunch pita chips!
