Fig and Beet Smoothie

Preparation: 5 minutes // Serves: 1

What You'll Need

  • 4 ripe figs, stems removed
  • 1 large ripe banana, peeled and frozen
  • 1/3 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1 large Love Beets cooked beet, chopped
  • Handful of spinach
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch nutmeg
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk

What to Do

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Add more almond milk for a thinner consistency if desired.
