What You'll Need
- 1 cup fresh ripe strawberries, chopped
- ½ cup fresh blueberries
- 1 large ripe banana, peeled and frozen
- 1 large Love Beets cooked beet
- 5 ice cubes
- ½ cup light coconut milk or almond milk
- 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup or honey
What to Do
- Add all ingredients for the smoothie to a high-powered blender. Blend until thick and smooth. Pour smoothie into two bowls. Top with choice of fresh berries, granola, flaked coconut, and/or plain yogurt.
