Beet, Goat Cheese and Hazelnut Salad

Preparation: 10 minutes // Serves: 2

What You'll Need

  • 120g salad leaf mix
  • 4 Love Beets Organic Cooked Beets, sliced into wedges
  • ⅓ cup chopped hazelnuts
  • ⅓ cup crumbled goat cheese
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • ½ tsp agave nectar
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp ground pepper

What to Do

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic, agave, salt and pepper.
  2. Add all salad ingredients to a large bowl and toss with dressing, or serve on the side.
