Blueberry & Beet Bowl

What You'll Need

  • 3 large frozen ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup grated cooked + washed baby beets (Love Beets)
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 pitted Medjool dates
  • Splash of plant milk
  • Toppings: Fresh blueberries, Peanut Butter, Granola

What to Do

  1. Add frozen bananas, grated baby beets, frozen blueberries, dates and a splash of milk to your blender and blend on high until thick and smooth.
  2. Transfer to your favourite bowls and top with suggested toppings! Enjoy!!
