Healthy Beetroot Drinks

Ruby Red Grapefruit and Beet Smoothie

Preparation: 5 minutes // Serves: 2-4

What You'll Need

  • 1 pack of Love Beets
  • 2 large red grapefruits, juiced (about 2 cups fresh grape juice)
  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • ½ cup chopped red swiss chard greens
  • Handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • ½ cup ice

What to Do

  1. In a blender, combine the beets, grapefruit juice, frozen mango, Swiss chard, mint, honey, and ice and blend until smooth. If necessary, add additional grapefruit juice for a smoother consistency or more ice cubes for a frostier smoothie. Divide among glasses and serve right away.
